Assistant Attorney General | State of Georgia
Kaitlyn Fain is an Assistant Attorney General in the State of Georgia. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Georgia School of Law. She is part of the Attorney General’s Office where she works with other Assistant Attorneys General under Attorney General Chris Carr. Specifically, she works in the prosecution division within the Human Trafficking Unit. Chris Carr and First Lady Kemp saw a great need in our state for a prosecution unit that solely focused on human trafficking crimes. From that vision, the unit was created by Chris Carr in 2018. The human trafficking unit focuses on commercial sexual exploitation of children crimes, but has also taken on adult human trafficking and labor trafficking cases.
