The Tourism Satellite Account (TSA) is the official international standard for measuring the economic impact of tourism. The TSA's methodology was developed by the World Tourism Organization (UNTWO) and ratified by the United Nations in 2000.  Prepared by Tourism Economics in conjunction with the U.S. Travel Association, Georgia's TSA provides comprehensive and credible measures of the statewide economic contributions of travel and tourism, including GDP impacts, employment supported, taxes generated, and more.
