Create a community-wide plan for cultural heritage and storytelling. Showcase outdoor adventure with land/water trail assets. Lean on the Arts as a solution to promote unique assets!
Sample itinerary: Head over for a morning lap around the mountain bike trails at Raisin Woods Park (or Rocky Face), and follow the trail network back into town for a well earned breakfast at the Crown Mill. Spend the afternoon kayaking at Haig Mill Lake and soak up some rays in the park. End the day at the brewery downtown and catch live music in the park. Make sure to find the peacock mural for a selfie and more heritage from area sites at Praters Mill, Varnell Springs, and Tunnel Hill. All are great half day outings that involve self guided walking tours, golf carts in the tunnel, and a fresh drink of spring water.
