Arrivalist County Level Reporting Co-op Opportunity
Explore Georgia is pleased to announce a new co-op opportunity with Arrivalist that will allow our partners across Georgia's tourism industry to obtain county-level visitation data. This program is ideal for those seeking to expand their knowledge and insight as they plan for recovery.
Co-op participants may, for the first time, purchase 2019 County Visitation Patterns Reports, and/or receive exclusive discounts on subscriptions to Arrivalist's Daily Travel Index, A3 Visitation Platform, and A3 Comprehensive Platform. Participants may choose any or all of the options that best suit their research and reporting needs.

2019 County Visitation Patterns Reports
The deadline to sign up for this program was March 19, 2021. Contact Ashley Barfield, abarfield@georgia.org, with any questions.
These prepared reports will offer 2019 year-in-review stats from Explore Georgia’s county-level Arrivalist data, which will aid in recovery planning by defining pre-pandemic visitation patterns and markets for each Georgia county. They will include information about each county’s visitor origin markets, seasonality, lengths of stay, and market share, and will also include notes on sample size. Specifically, they will show:
- 2019 Top 5 Origin States
- Each origin state’s share of total visitation to the county
- Each origin state’s average length of stay
- 2019 Top 10 Origin Designated Market Areas (DMAs)
- Each origin DMA’s share of total visitation to the county
- Each origin DMA’s average length of stay
- 2019 Seasonality and Market Share
- Each season’s share of total visitation to the county
- Each county's market share of total visitation to the state of Georgia by season
- Each county's market share of overnight visitation to the state of Georgia by season
- 2019 Length of Stay
- Average length of stay across total visitation to the county
- Day trips’ share of total visitation to the county
- Overnight trips’ share of total visitation to the county
The cost to Explore Georgia Co-op participants for this program will be $3,000 per report, invoiced twice with 50% due by April 30, 2021, and the remaining 50% due by June 15, 2021.
Daily Travel Index Subscription
Arrivalist's Daily Travel Index (DTI) is a set of online charts measuring domestic road trips to defined destinations, in this case to Georgia counties, through automotive GPS. DTI was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic in response to consumers shifting towards road trips as their preferred means of travel. DTI provides its users a daily pulse on road trip volume and origin markets and is used by states and counties across the country.
- The Explore Georgia Co-op program includes a 20% discount on a minimum 6-month subscription to the DTI, which will display historical data back to January 1, 2019.
- The cost to Explore Georgia Co-op participants for this program will be $1,000/month of the subscription term, with 100% due at first invoice. This pricing is good for the 2021 calendar year.

A3 Visitation Platform Subscription
Arrivalist's A3 visitation intelligence platform employs smartphone location data to report on domestic trips to defined destinations, in this case to Georgia counties. A3 is designed to answer questions around seasonality, origin markets, length of stay, and in-market behavior. A3 is available on-demand through a portal login and is updated with balanced data on a monthly basis.
- The Explore Georgia Co-op program includes a 12.5% discount on a 12-month subscription to the A3 Visitation platform, which will display a 3-month historical look-back. Co-op participants will receive portal access, monthly report updates, and up to 3 Points of Interest (geo-fenced within-county locations) per county. Co-op participants will also receive a kick-off call with an account manager and a bi-annual check-in.
- The cost to Explore Georgia Co-op participants for this program will be $22,500, invoiced twice with 50% due at first invoice. This pricing is good for the 2021 calendar year.

A3 Comprehensive Platform Subscription (includes Attribution)
Arrivalist's A3 Comprehensive platform combines the core A3 visitation intelligence with media attribution. KPIs including Arrival Lifttm show the true effect of digital media exposure on arrivals to Georgia counties. A3 comprehensive is available on-demand through a portal login and is updated with balanced data on a monthly basis.
- The A3 Comprehensive Platform requires a minimum 50MM digital impressions as part of an Arrivalist-reviewed media plan.
- The Explore Georgia Co-op program includes a 10% discount on a 12-month subscription to the A3 Comprehensive platform, which will display a 3-month historical look-back. Co-op participants will receive portal access, monthly report updates, and up to 3 Points of Interest (geo-fenced within-county locations) per county. Co-op participants will also receive a kick-off call with an account manager and a bi-annual check-in.
- The cost to Explore Georgia Co-op participants for this program will be $70,000, invoiced twice with 50% due at first invoice. This pricing is good for the 2021 calendar year.
