Georgia Tourism Summit Scholarship Application

Explore Georgia recognizes that 2020 has already been a challenging year for the tourism industry. We understand that budgets have suffered through this pandemic. To respect the situation of our partners and tourism industry, we shifted our full three-day annual conference to a one-time, one-day event in 2020.

Explore Georgia is now accepting applications for 10 scholarships to attend the Georgia Tourism Summit on September 2, 2020, at Lanier Islands Resort. These need-based scholarships are for Georgia tourism industry professionals who work for or own organizations or businesses with annual operating budgets less than $1 million. The scholarships will provide complimentary registration to the one-day event and a $200 stipend for overnight travel (if required). The deadline to apply is Friday, August 7, 2020.
