Caitlin Neal

Caitlin Neal serves as Marketing Director for Pick Ellijay, Georgia. In her role, Caitlin leads a team of talented marketers in inspiring travelers to experience the beauty and bounty that can only be found in Ellijay. 

Caitlin joined the Gilmer Chamber team in 2019 as the Communications Manager. Since 2022, Caitlin has been a driving force behind Pick Ellijay's award-winning marketing initiatives and has helped reintroduce travelers to everything new that's blooming in Georgia's Apple Capital. A 2016 graduate of the University of North Georgia, Caitlin lends her marketing expertise to a variety of local nonprofits in her free time. She is also highly involved in the Gilmer school system's work-based learning program and is always looking to recruit the best homegrown talent. 

In 2024, Caitlin was named one of Destinations International's 30 Under 30 Future Leaders of the Destination Organization Industry. 

Caitlin lives in Ellijay with her husband and their Australian Cattle Dogs. When she isn't promoting Ellijay, you'll find Caitlin in her garden growing flowers that bring in blue ribbons at the county fair.
