Ontaria Finch

Ontaria “O” Finch is the Visitor Services Manager for the Georgia Department of Economic Development, where she supervises the operations of the state’s nine Visitor Information Centers, including serving as the on-site manager at the Ringgold Visitor Information Center. Under her leadership, the Ringgold center was recognized as a finalist in the “Hospitality Employer” award category of the Chattanooga Times Free Press’ 2024 Best of North Georgia Awards. 

With over 13 years of experience in tourism, Ontaria began her career as a Georgia Visitor Information Center Specialist and quickly advanced to a managerial role, reflecting her deep expertise and dedication to the field. She is a Georgia representative for the Southeast Travel Counselors Alliance, contributing to a collaborative network of visitor center managers across 14 southeastern states. 

Ontaria holds a Travel Marketing Professional designation and earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing Systems from Dalton State College. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ontaria is a taco connoisseur and enjoys cooking, frequently delighting her team with her culinary creations.
