Will Bentley serves as the president of the Georgia Agribusiness Council (GAC). The Council strives to advance the business of agriculture through legislative advocacy, economic development, environmental stewardship, and leadership development to enhance the quality of life for all Georgians. GAC is a diverse membership council that represents all sectors of the agriculture industry, including farms, manufacturers, ag retail, fertilizer, chemical, gins, shellers, green industry, commodity groups, and others. Prior to joining GAC in 2018, Bentley served as the Executive Director of the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association.
Bentley is originally from Thomaston, Ga., where he and his family own and operate Bentley Farms, a commercial cow-calf farm.
Will is married to Ember Bentley and the couple lives in Macon with their daughters Holland and Heidi. Bentley is a member of North Macon Presbyterian Church.
